When you choose us to design or decorate your home, you will experience the unique CCI agile method. Our 8-step process keeps you in “the know”, preparing you for what to expect at every step in the decorating & design journey. This process has become the cornerstone of our business.

Our Signature Calm Clarity Design Method that leads to your dream home

A paid 2 hour deep dive in the comfort of your home to discuss your project & get to know you. You’ll receive a customized design fee proposal after this visit.

A 2-3 hour session in the comfort of your home to deep dive into how you live in your home , your lifestyle , how you would like your home to feel. This step is crucial to ensure that the space is not only beautiful but also functional and personalised.

Once you’ve accepted our proposal and signed on with us we arrange a day for the team and trades to visit you in your home and review the scope of work. Think of it as a meeting of the minds where no stone is left unturned.

You’ll join our design team at our presentation room where we present our initial design concepts, floorplans and preliminary project pricing for discussion. This is where we make sure we are all on the same page before diving into design selections.

Get ready to be blown away by all our unique and customised design selections. You’ll join us t our presentation room to review the design of your “new” home. You’ll be presented with a package that includes furniture selections , wall treatments, floorplans etc. , as well as physical samples of materials, fabric and more.

You get to sit back and relax now that all the big design decisions have been made. Our team places all the orders & manages their delivery and installation. We’ll liaise with the contractor and trades to ensure the design is being implemented as per our drawings. And of course, we communicate frequently to keep you in the loop!

This is where the magic happens. It’s the exciting moment when it all comes together and your inviting home comes to life. Our team styles your now magazine-worthy space to perfection inviting you home to enjoy it.

It’s time to wrap it all up with a tidy little bow. It’s never over till it’s over. We stay until the bitter end to ensure all outstanding items are completed. Our team reviews the completed space, reconciles any deficiencies and you are presented with your project binder . And hopefully, we toast with a bit of bubbly!
